I'm pretty open minded as far as subject matter goes, but I'm a veteran of sci-fi and fantasy roleplay, often combining the two in a very JRPG-esque style, but I'm hardly a stranger to more vanilla fantasy or realistic Renaissance/Medieval. I saw a lot of threads that were interested in romantic plots so I figured I'd go ahead and say I have a taste for that sort of thing as well. As mentioned, I prefer quick reply chat session format, although I'm opening my doors at this point to forum / long term reply format, so however you all want to do it, I'm game.
There are a few things I would like to do in particular. Not necessarily demanding one of these, but they are my general leanings;
~ Small group, fantasy adventure vs a game master.
~ Two player drama / romance, fantasy , JRPG-esque or sci-fi-militaristic setting.
~ Star Wars / Star Trek?
~ Myself as a passive GM for a world/plot I've been working on for DnD, but could use more fleshing out. More details on that below.
So, my world. It's a culmination of different nabbed elements from all different kinds of plots and games I've enjoyed over the years pooled into a world that has slowly taken shape over the last 15 years of my life, since I was a child. I've been writing a custom DnD campaign for it from the ground up which isn't ready; in the meantime, I think it'd be fun to have a roleplay or two within the setting to flesh it out more and develop some history on the fly, as I tend to do better than any other method. Frankly I'm up for anything, but this is something I'd like to try too if a small group or a single player wanted to delve vs a game master in a new world.
We'll see what happens. PM or reply if interested in anything...~
